Accessibility statement

Last updated: November 2026

We want everyone to be able to use this website. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What you should be able to do

  • Navigate the whole website using a keyboard
  • Use the website with a screen reader
  • Zoom in to 200% without losing content
  • Complete our forms, with clear labels and error messages
  • Use the website with reduced motion, in which case the home page slideshow does not change by itself

How we check this

This website was checked before launch using keyboard-only navigation, a review of how each page is exposed to assistive technology, and automated testing tools. We have not commissioned an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

If something does not work for you

Tell us what the problem is and which page it is on, and we will try to fix it or give you the information another way.

You do not have to use our forms. If a form does not work for you, you can phone or email instead.
